Custom preview disappears

I've set up a custom preview when making a responsive project with fluid boxes in my trial of Captivate 2017. However, when I restart captivate, the custom option I set up disappears. I've seen a number of article saying it should be there.

Anyone know how to fix/what I'm doing wrong?

I have not encountered this Jessica, however, it may be related to the fact that you are running the trial. I have documented a way to manually setup your own custom previews and edit the entries that are there. Perhaps this tutorial will help you solve your problem.
