Question

Custom skins

I want to create a custom skin using my own artwork for the buttons. I've done a little research and it looks like I can do this using Adobe Animate. I'm a former Flash user so I think I will be able to handle this, but I'm wondering if there are any tutorials out there that can help me out.

So my questions are:

Is it true that I can create a totally custom skin and import it to Captivate 2017?

Does anyone know of any tutorials about this?

I would suggest that you not spend your time to pursue this - not because it's not a good idea, but with the End of Flash, if you are planning on creating a skin in .swf format, it will not be very useful going forward when all there will be is html5.

I am taking the time now to review and get up to speed in Animate to incorporate more .oam output from Animate in Captivate.

Captivate 2017 still uses SWFs so I think this will be useful for me for at least the near future. In any case, I figured it out and made a nice custom skin that is working well.
