Custom thumbnail in the Video Grid in All New Captivate

In all new adobe captivate, I want to use a custom thumbnail image for a video in the Video grid (Add media blocks > Video) not the event video.

However, the tool doesn't seem to have the feature. Is there a workaround for timebeing?

When you go to publish your eLearning project, thumbnails will be placed in the "dr" subfolder. If you name them the same as what's here and ensure the file dimensions are the same, you can replace the images with your own.

    Hi
I've tried this method but unfortunately it didn't work for me.

The images in the dr folder are replaced with the ones I intend to use.

Could you please help me undertsand where I could be going wrong?
    Thank you!

By "thumbnail", do you mean a poster image that is displayed before the user plays the video?

Yes. The application allows the poster image for Slide videos but not for the videos grid layout.
