Customer cannot save project, getting Unable to save project file is being used.

Hello,

 

I have a customer who just started to get the following error, this is after the issues from last week with saving which seem to have resolved for him today:

 

Unable to save the project to C:\users\USER\Documents\My Adobe Captivate Projects\HUBS DM\FRPS6.cptx The destination files is being used by another Capitivate instance.

 

Windows 10 1904, Adobe Captivate 2019 (64 Bit)
11.5.5

 

Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

    Can you check if there are any .lck files in the folder where the project is saved? That could point at the project not having been closed the normal way. Taking out those files will allow that.
