Question

Customizing quiz failure message by having shape appear?

I am creating quizzes where I want to help the learner understand why s/he got the answer incorrect. On this particular quiz, I am asking a question about a document and if they get it wrong, I want to box in the area of the document I refer to in my failure message.

If they click "Yes," the failure message pops up, but I also want to highlight a portion of the document along with that failure message. Is there a way to trigger this shape to pop up upon quiz failure?

Yes, if you are familiar with Advanced actions. It would help if you posted a screenshot. A problem with the default question slides is the fact that all embedded Quiz objects (have no individual timeline) are always on top of the stack, above any custom object. There may be a workaround but I wait for your screenshot(s).
