Data report is empty when aggregates in LMS Cornerstone

Hi,

First, I published a SCORM 2004 2nd edition file with 14 quizzes with unlimited attempts. When it was tested in the LMS, it showed up perfect scores in the excel report and doesn't show up the first answer of the user per question. So I changed my setting.

I wanted the LMS to report the either the incorrect/correct answer of the user so I set up the quiz to one attempt to make sure that their first answer will be recorded- even the wrong answer. When it was tested in the LMS, the transcript progress shows I only have 54% score but when we generated the report, the excel file shows "no data report" message. This excel file seems to be in old version because it also prompts an error about  incompatibility or corrupted file.

I don't know why the report shows empty when in fact I tested the same module in scormcloud and the reporting works okay. I even get the data that shows the incorrect answers.

I was wondering, does it have something to do with how my results slide in Captivate was built? I see a post result button in the master slide of the results slide but I can't use it because it's not visible in the results slide timeline. Or is this because of my continue button in the result slide?

The continue button of my result slide when clicked is set to go to the next slide and this next slide on enter has an exit action since I can't let the exit button work. Please help.

I'm losing my mind figuring out how to get the accurate report.
