Deactivation of Captivate on an usable computer

On my old computer, Captivate 6 cannot start and cannot uninstall. I deleted it after trying uninstall. I will get rid of this computer. I have a new one with Windows 10 and I just learned that I need to deactivate Captivate 6 on my old computer. This is not possible. I need someone at Adobe to take off that computer from your list.
