When I record audio, the voice output is deep and garbled. But when I test my microphone in Windows, it is just fine.

Help?!

Try recording to Adobe Audition, or the freeware Audacity ( Win / Mac ) , and create a wav or mp3 file.

If you import the wav file, you can use Cp's settings to determine the quality that will be exported, and it will likely resolve the differences between what you hear and what you expect.
