Default Labels for Knowledge check and Question Pool

Hello All..

I am doing Multi-language projects in Captivate. So i need to update the text. I am directly replacing the Captions/Slide Notes.

But for Knowledge check feedback/buttons,

  1. Tried to update in Master slide, couldn't do, then
  2. Tried to replace the text in Preference > Default labels tab. That didn't reflect in the slides.
  3. So, exported XML and changed he text and imported.

That successfully worked for Knowledge checks. But not for Question Pools. Please help me on to do this and let me know if i am missing anything.

Anybody faced this issue? Please help.

Maybe a workaround: I use GIFT a lot to create Captivate questions. It is much easier to translate such a simple text file than walking through all the question slides. Or, since it works for normal questions, do translation for question slides and move them into the pool later.

Thank you Lilybiri. That's the great idea and i have got the solution now. Also, I found syntax(s) for Question, Option and Feedback. But, i couldn't find syntax for changing the button name. I am struggling a lot to do this. Can you please help me in this regard?

Now, i am moving all the questions in questions pool as normal questions and changing. Thanks again.
