Question

Deformation of picture

Hello,

I created a png in photoshop, with the size 1024x627, showing a circle. The circle is round, but after inserting the graphic in my project ( size 1024x627) the circle looks lenghed. I tried to change that with click on the button reset to original size, but nothing changes. Does anybody know what the problem could be?

This is the original picture:

This is the graphic inserted in captivate:

circle project

Thanks in advance,

Elisabeth

You are German, correct?

From the screenshots I can detect which version you are using, not whi type of project: normal or responsive?

Hello Lilybiri

Austrian, so yes, german version. I am working with Captivate 9 and NOT responsive. But with a new built graphic it works. Thank you for answering!

Liz,

I tried this on my Cap9 and it works fine.

Try making you PNG a little smaller than your CP project, and see if the deformation still occurs.

If the smaller version is a circle, you can drag to enlarge it to fit your project.

Let the forum know what happens.

Hy Peter

thank you for your answer. I built my graphic new and inserted it into my project, this one did work very well. I don't know what the problem was.

However, problem is solved - thank you very much

Greetings, Elisabeth
