Deleting files?

I need a refresher course in Captivate and cache files.  Are these files safe to delete?

They are best deleted via using the Clear Cache button in your Preferences dialog.

But only do this once you have verified that all projects you are currently working on have been set to have a Backup file created (and you need to have opened and closed those projects at least once AFTER setting that option to ensure the backup was successfully created).

Once you delete the cache files you have no hope of resurrecting any older projects unless there is a backup.
