Dell XPS 13 screen capture is offset.

Question

When I capture a demo/video the screencapture is offset from the custom set area.  In other words the area that I want to show is partially out of the box. Even the red box lines appear in the capture.  Can anyone help with this?

Are you on Win10? Check the Display percentage, normally it is set at >100%. Set it back to 100% before capturing a software simulation or a video demo. I mentioned this in:

If it is a retina screen, it coud even be set at 200% as is the case for my Surface Pro 4.
