Demo Expires

For my graduate class at school, I created five demo's and one simulation for class. I used a trial version when creating each file. Two of my files expired and no longer play. So I purchased an educational version of the program, open up the file and republished. However, when I open up the file, it still says that it is expired. Is there any way to get the files to play again?
