demo in captivate

I created a project and now I want to record  a demo within that project. Every time I click record demo it creates a new file which for some reason I cannot copy and paste into my project

HOW do I create a demo or simulation in an already created captivate project

For some strange reason it is not in the insert menu. You have to use the Slides button in the Big Button Bar (BBB), and you'll find there:

BTW- Tell adobe next upgrade please allow me to name the audio within the audio edit screen

Why don't you log a feature request? I use the library to rename assets.
