Demo Video Not Displaying

I have a video that I recorded using multiple demo video slides.  (I would record both using the Automatic setting and the Video Demo setting.) One of the videos does not seem to load for some of my users.  They get to this spot in the course and they get a green screen with the caption over the top.  The mp4 demo files aren't loading and then crash the player. I have checked it in both Flash and HTML5 model.  I checked their Flash settings and they have the latest version of Flash, running windows 7 and 4 gigs of Ram.  Tried it in multiple browsers with similar results.   It works fine for me but doesn't for others.  Any ideas?

Hello There,

Can you tell me the version of Captivate which was used to publish the file?

Have you uploaded somewhere over the internet ?

Is it possible for you to share the video file ? If yes please share it to tcssup@adobe.com.

Please insert the video in a blank project and then ask those useres to check.

Thanks and Regards

I am running Captivate 7.0.0.118.  I checked for updates and saw that there is an update and will check to see if this resolves the issue.  The project file is 65 MB.  Did you want to look at that or just one of the video files? The content is confidential otherwise I would post a link.
