Desperately trying to create a custom drag and drop for 6 slides (interactive) in Presenter 11.

I am getting multiple errors – first Adobe is unable to open the narration in this presentation. I have saved the file under another name and still no luck. When I open a new file - it lets me create the drag and drop question but I can't customize it. Is this not the proper program for this? Is there a way to just make the slide interactive as a drag and drop in PowerPoint by itself?
