Device capture not working in Captivate 9

I'm trying to capture a iPhone 6 Plus simulation in Captivate 9 but I'm not seeing the device in the recording window. The iPhone is using iOS 9.3. I tried my personal iPhone 7 Plus using iOS 10.1.1 but still unable to see the device in the capture window.

Is there a hot fix for this? I did see a link in a previous post to download a file but the link no longer works.
