Device Capture simulations

Hello all,

I'm new to Captivate, so I may be repeating a question already asked - I've tried looking for information on this forum but can't seem to find it. Is there a way to do a "try" or "do" simulation with the Device Capture function? I'm building training on how to use an iPad app and have been using the device capture to do video demos, it would be great if there was a way to use the "try" or "do" simulations as learner activities or assessment, but I can't find a way to record a simulation for those purposes. Has anyone done something like this and could share how they built it? Or is this functionality with Device Capture going to be rolled out sometime in the future?
