Device demo ipad mini does not record full screen

Using Captivate 9, I was unable to record a device demo from my iPad mini, where previously I have had no issues. It crops the screen (as seen in the attached screenshot) and does not record. The only thing different between this attempt and prior is the upgrade of the iOS to 9 (running 9.1 currently) on the mini. However, I was able to successfully record from an iPhone 5S also running iOS 9.1, so I'm not sure that the iOS is the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?
