Hmmm, are you talking about Adobe Capyivate? I don't recognize 'clp' nor 'tlp'? Are you talking about file extensions? Captivate has a lot of extensions:

    1. "cptx" is the extension of a normal Captivate project file
    2. "cpvc" is the extension of a Video Demo file:
    3. "cptl" is the extension of a project template file, that can be used to base a project cptx-file on (only useful in some circumstances, since all styling is in themes)
    4. "cpr" is the extension of exported Preferences files
    5. "cps" is the extension of exported Style files
    6. "cptm" is the extension of saved Theme files
    7. "cpaa" is the extension of an exported shared action file

Maybe the list is not complete, you can also export captions to Word and to XML (format that is often used in Captivate, Effects are stored in XML-files as an example)
