Disable Access Adobe Resource Prompt

Hello,

I'm packaging Adobe Captivate 9 and I need to disable the Access Adobe Resource that prompts the users, can this feature be disabled in the registry?

Is there a option to disable this option.

The prompt I'm trying to suppress is this one:

It pops up after launch after several minutes.

Has anyone encountered this in there packaging?
