Disable responsive views for desktop and mobile?

Is it possible to create a responsive project and disable tablet and mobile views? The client doesn't have the budget or the time for me to adjust all three views for every slide, so they want to launch just one view for now, but have the ability to go back at a later time and tweak the other two views themselves.

    Hi there

Unfortunately there is no way I'm aware of to "disable" these views. But what you might do is to simply focus on the primary view you want, then for the views that don't apply, you could insert a Text Caption or Smarty Pants Shape with some text that advises the user that for best viewing, please use this device,

    Cheers... Rick

Or is it possible to make all three views the same size?

Why would you need a responsive project if you want only one view? I am really puzzled, would create a normal project in such a situation.
