Disable scrubbing in Video Content

I would like to create a course that includes a nonscrubbable video file and a quiz. I have an Adobe Captivate subscription and an Adobe Learning Manager subscription.  How do I accomplish that requirement/how do you disable video scrubbing in Captivate files uploaded to Adobe Learning Manager?

If I disable the playbar in Adobe Captivate and use the playbar within Adobe Learning Manager, then users lose the pause/resume functionality. Content tracking/the ability to resume content is supposed to be possible within Adobe Learning Manager. However, if users pause the video and exit out of the course - they then have to restart the video from the beginning and they have to remember where they left off.

WHich version do you use: version 12 or a previous one? The full version number is visible under Help, About Captivate (Windows) or Captivate, About Captivate (Mac). It is easy to create a custom Pause/resume button if you take out the default playbar. However remembering when the learner left after a session is only possible in Captivate on slide level, not on frame level. Why not use the interactive video features, add some bookmarks on relevant frames and create a menu to allow to jump to those bookmarks?

Adobe Captivate 12; I created the custom pause/resume buttons and uploaded the file to Adobe Learning Manager but the users were able to scrub through the video on slide one.  I was then told by Adobe Support to disable to Playback Control within the Adobe Captivate file and upload the new file to Adobe Learning Manager and doing this eliminates the pause/resume function.

Sorry, forget my previous answer which probably will not work in 12. It works great in older versions. Have a look at this interactive video:
