Disabling 'Review Quiz' if quiz has been failed, or only showing questions incorrect Qs in review?

Both of these apply to the new adobe Captivate, not classic.

1. Is it possible to disable the 'Review Quiz' button/feature if the user has failed the quiz?

2. Additionally is it possible to allow users who pass/fail to review the quiz, but only see questions they answered incorrectly?

I suppose you are not using the most recent version 12?

Disable the Review button, no. But you can drag the Review button under the Retake button. Depending on the number of attempts on quiz level, the Review button will only appear when learner has passed or after the last attempt.

I have developed some workarounds, to show only the questions they answered incorrectly, for versions before 12, using shared actions:
