Disappearing Text

I've seen several posts related to disappearing text and am wondering if there have been any solutions?

When I imported my deck from Adobe Presenter (a ppt plug-in) to Captivate, all text and images remained, however once I published my Captivate file all of my text disappeared. Suggestions?
