Dear Forum Admin,

Do not forward to me the messages please !I'm not an Employe of Adobe.I have just asked one question.

Hi there

It's an easy fix. You need to visit the forum where the messages are coming from. In the upper right corner of the browser should be a button that looks like this:

Click that button and you should see a popup that offers a link to stop following.
