Considering Captivate for a project. I have three questions.
If I subscribe to Captivate and create a lesson, can I display that on my website for students to view?
Do those students need a Captivate subscription?
If I stop my subscription, I understand I can no longer create Captivate content, but would previous content still work?

Yes you can publish a Captivate lesson (project) to HTML5 or HTM/SWF output and upload these published files to your website for others to view in their browser.
No your students do not require a Captivate subscription to view your lessons. They just need a web browser that is either compatible with HTML5 (almost all are now) or have the Flash Player plugin (less and less so). For mobile users, you can only use HTML5.
If you stop your subscription you cannot create content but previously published content will still work. Please note that if you just create content with a trial version of Captivate it will cease to work after about 15-30 days (depending on where you are in your trial).
