Do you need Admin rights to your PC to use the Asset Store in Captivate 9?

I currently have Captivate 8, but may make the move to Captivate 9.  I am very interested in the Asset Store, but in our company, we do not have Admin rights to our PC.  When you select an image or character in the Asset Store, does it require Admin rights as it would for an install?  Or is it a simple download with no additional rights required?

I'm able to just download the assets to my PC without admin access.

Can I ask if you were able to download the Characters and interactions to Captivate 8?  For example, in Captivate 8, after it was installed by our techs, I clicked on the link to "Download" the characters and was stopped because it acted as an install to that directory on my c:\ drive.  Just need to make sure that is not the case with the Asset Store.
