Does an exe file include Flash player

If the developer who creates the Captivate exe file has the Flash player installed on their computer, is the Flash player bundled with the exe file so that if a learner opens the exe on their computer, even if they don't have the Flash player installed, they will be able to view the project?

    I don't know for certain but I think the Flash player is bundled with the .exe (that's what makes it an 'exe').

    Best thing to try - publish as .exe and test it out on a computer that doesn't have the Flash player installed
