Does anyone have any tips on creating a hazy/frosty colored shape in Captivate?

I am trying to create an effect that has been popular recently on websites and apps.  It is the blurred / frosty window effect, that I can create on Photoshop -- but it would be awesome if I could do it with interactive elements on my Captivate course.  I can certainly do it, but it is very manual and tedious. Would anyone know of any way to do this in Captivate directly, or at least quicker?
