Does anyone know what the URLs are for Captivate 2017 Free elearning assets as our proxy server is blocking my access to the assets?

You have to create an account from within Captivate on the eLearning Brother's site. Once you have done that, you can go directly to their site 'elearningbrothers.com' and log in with that account.

Adobe Stock is something different.

Some Adobe dude posted a number of URLs to be white-listed here recently:

Get Adobe Stock assets tab returns the message Your computer is probably offline

It doesn't explicetely say if it includes the ones for accessing eLearning Brother's assets though, as the issue there was with access to Adobe Stock.
