Does Captivate 9 include publishing of private PhoneGap Apps?

   The PhoneGap Build page says a person gets 25 private apps with Creative Cloud, but Captivate is no longer part of Creative Cloud. So my question is, do I get 25 private apps with Creative cloud?

    If you have Creative Cloud you get 25 as part of that subscription, however if all you have is Adobe Captivate you get 1 app.

    Captivate has never been part of CC.

    I don't know exactly, but published several apps from within Captivate, and that happens with PhoneGap. There is the limitation to 10MB output size if my memory is correct, but never had a message about a limitation in numbers. Cannot confirm this, because I have a CC subscription
