Does creating a widget work in Cp 8 and Fl 2015?

I'm trying to create the print button using the "Create your first Widget" tutorial. When I select File > New Project > Widget in Flash, Flash doesn't open. What is going wrong?

Probably because of incompatibility, you should try with Flash CS6.
