Does Presenter help with PPTX problems in Captivate?

Does Presenter help with PPTX problems in Captivate? Animations, timings and effect are all but dropped upon import. Can presenter make these work with Captivate and if so, how can I get information on this?

    Presenter is a Powerpoint plug-in like iSpring and Articulate Presenter. If

    you only want to convert a PPT presentation that is a good choice. What is

    link with CP?

    The two apps are really nothing to do with each other. 

    I don't see how Presenter can help you at all with problems in Captivate,
