I couldn't find the answer to this, so I thought I would post here. Does publishing in YouTube from Captivate deactivate the click through ability?

    If you publish to YouTube you created a video, and a video (MP4) can never be interactive. The clicks you are talking about will be only available for interactive output: HTML or SWF.
