Done button doesn't show

Hi everyone!  I created an interaction with 3 buttons and 3 variables.  After all the buttons have been clicked at least once, then the Done button should show.  But, the done button doesn't show until after 1 additional button is clicked.  So, one of the buttons needs to be clicked a 2nd time in order to display the Done button.

What am I doing wrong? I have attached the code.
