Double Audio Playback

When I listen to a slide, it is fine but when I publish it to my hard drive and listen to the file, there is double audio that makes the file completely not usable? Is there a setting somewhere that I missing? I just got Captivate on Friday.

There are many ways to insert audio, and you probably have it inserted twice?

You can check Audio Management under the Audio button. Make sure to indicate that you want to see Object audio as well. Still, you will not see audio clips started with the Play Audio command.

This is a rather broad topic, and you are new to Captivate. If you cannot figure it out, please embed a screenshot of the Timeline and of the Audio Management. There is a lot of information in several blog posts which I have published but you may be bit overwhelmed. Here is one example:
