I need downgrade Captivate 2017 for Captivate 9.

    I assume you are referring to getting a license for an older software version and not saving a file down to an older version?

    If you need an older software license, you need to contact Adobe customer support directly at 1 (800) 833-6687--you might have to request a higher level of support, but it can be done.

    If saving a file, generally, it can't be done but I have seen some hacks when googling. However, I've never bothered to they them.
