Downgrade of licenses

Hi, We needed to buy Captivate 6.0 licenses but learnt that Adbobe sell only version 7.0 licenses. We were told we can downgrade and install Captivate 6.0 with the version 7.0 license key. We purchased Captivate 7.0 and are now trying to use the license keys to install Captivate 6.0 and it gives an error (invalid license key). Please let us know how to fix this.

    Hi There,

    Welcome To Adobe Forum.

    Although you can downgrade from Adobe Captivate 7 to Adobe Captivate 6 however for that you need to have a different serial number or the license key.

    The backward licensing is only applicable to the volume license customer and not for the retail version (single copy).

    Thanks Loveesh.. What did you mean by send a P.M. to you? We have procired 5 licenses and we can't develop using Captivate 7.0 We need the keys to install Captivate 6.0 Please let us know what is the proceedure.
