I get this error message when I try to download the software: "The file archive part of Adobe Captivate 9 (64 Bit) is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Captivate 9 (64 Bit). Please download all parts." How do I fix?

Hi, John! Thanks for reaching out to me. I got it to work. I downloaded two files: the exe and a 7z file (I think that's what it was called). The trick was to put both in the same folder and then launch the setup. I'm so used to wizards doing all of that automatically for me that it took me a while to figure out the problem.

Exactly what did you download, and where did you put the downloads?
