Download of Quiz Results Not Completed

using Captivate 5, with Quiz Results on Internal Server.  I can verify that Quiz results do exist.  when  attempting to use Quiz Results Analyzer, and Generate Reports, I get " Download could not be completed".  I have obtained and installed the UNIX version of internalserverread.php, and I have made my server location a Trusted Site in Flash.  This is the last peice of my puzzle.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks.

In my case, it IS downloading the XML files to my local store (all 763 of them), but gives me the same error message....ideas?

the underlying issue turned out to be the file name of the original PowerPoint project.  It had special characters in it.  Started again from scratch, and named everthing very simply, and voila...all works as planned.  Thanks for the responses

  You are facing this issue on  MAC or in Windows?. If it is on MAC,Can you please check the '*.xml' files are downloading correctly to your Local store when you are trying to generate the report; Local store Path is : Users/User-Name/Library/Preferences/QuizResultAnalyzer.*./LocalStore/CaptivateResults.*../<Company Name>/<Department Name>/<Course Name>

my workstation is Windows.  the server is UNIX.

Ok..If it in Win, Can you please check the '*.xml' files are downloading correctly to your 'Application data' folder of you Workstation when you are trying to generate the report; Local store Path is :<Home Directory>Document and Settings/<User Name>/Local Settings/Application Data/Adobe/Captivate 5/QuizResultAnalyzer.*./Local Store/ CaptivateResults.*../<Company Name>/<Department Name>/<Course Name>
