Downloadable attachments in Captivate

Hi there,

I am wondering if anyone knows why some of my documents that are downloadable files in Captivate might be downloading, whilst others are opening up in a new window?  The only difference I can see is one is a Word document, and the other is a PDF.  Does that make a difference?

And is there a way to stop them opening in a new window as that does not seem to be compatible with our LMS?
