Downloaded asset quiz not working

I am using one of the project assets. (Cyber Security) Went through and made some changes, and everything is working as expected until I get to the Assessment Introduction. I can click on the start button but nothing happens. I have verified there are no interaction on the slides themselves, and that the button interaction is set to go to the first question.

I have tried reloading that particular slide and i have tried building a new slide. Neither works. I am thinking that there is a setting somewhere that I am missing.

Is it possible to tell the exact version you are using? Is it 12.3.0.12? Are you on WIndows or Mac?

Is this problem happening on Preview or after publishing and uploading to a LMS? Did you edit the Quiz Preferences? Which browser(s) did you use for testing?

Captivate Version 12.3.0.12

Mac OS Sonoma also was doing the same thing on Monterey

Have tried using Safari, Firefox, Edge and Chrome.

Problem happens when doing the preview and after publishing.

I am not uploading to a LMS.

If I put a slide inbetween the Assessment intro and the first question, it will go to the next slide but still stops when the next slide is the quiz.
