Downloaded trial exe file, I tried to install trial version, but installer said "another install is in progress, please try again" - which is strange, as no other install was in progress. Can anyone help with this? Many thanks.

to put hthings into perspective, I downloaded the exe file to install the trial version of Captivate 9, but when I tried to install it, the installer said that another install was in progress which is rather strange as that was the first time I tried to install it. I emptied the cache, tried again, but with the same result. Does anyone know what could possible be the problem? May thanks.
