Downloading additional characters in Captivate 8?

Question

I want to use the characters in Adobe Captivate 8. I downloaded more of the characters but they are still not available. I work on a network. What steps should I take in order to get the new Captivate 8 characters to work with my projects? Do I move the downloaded files to the Captivate 8 files on the server?

Never have Captivate installed on a server, that is the first tip.

Never have your Captivate projects, nor the cache on a networked drive (check Preferences): second tip.

By default eLearning Assets, when you download them completely (it is over 1.3GB) are installed in the Public Documents on a Win system (no idea about a Mac). For me, where everything is installed on my own system, this is the path:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets\Characters_8_0
