Downloading Electronic Assets in bulk

I spend a great deal of time on an airplane.  Even though I "might" have internet access, I find myself needing additional assets, themes, templates, etc.  I know the process is to download the assets individually but has anyone discovered a way to just grab all of the assets at once and populate the asset tool?  If the hard drive is large enought, I don't see where this would be an issue....
