Downloading Files

3 questions:

1. I have a presentation built where there are approximately 37 video files/1 hour (though all are small, 320x180, the biggest being 35.5 mb) and though all files are created as streaming flash, the project is set to progressively download. Would that last part about streaming/progressive downloading be the issue? or what specs do people use when doing this kind of thing? the videos have to be 320x180.

2. also, how is Captivate built with progressive downloads? Does it try to download everything at once, or one video at a time? would streaming be better?

3. also, if i have my videos in place and they are progressive downloads, and I need to replace them with different files later and I have the project exported as if it was web/presentation ready, can I simply just replace video files with the new ones so long as the file names are the same? i.e. -- if i export project x, and in x, videos 2 through 4 are bad, and I need new 2, 3, and 4 videos, can i simply replace the files with new ones as long as 2, 3, and 4 all have the same file names and are in the correct directory?

thanks,

mike

Hello.

Is there any way to get rid of the video loading screen when progressively downloaded is selected, or to change settings?

Thanks,

Mike
