Drag and drop interactions not working on surface pro

Question

Our learners recently received surface pro  2 tablets. The captivate projects that we had created were working fine on desktop with chrome browsers. On the surface pro, the drag and drop interactions within our e-learnings only move a centimeter or two and then bounce back to the original position. The learner is unable to progress through the e-learning. Does anyone know about this and have a solution?

I have such a Surface Pro which I even use for developing Captivate courses. This is weird, because I never had that problem. Which browser do your learners use?
