Question

Drag and Drop lists

On a slide I have a list of 50 words that the user can choose 10 from and order them from the one they like the most to the least using drag and drop.  I want to use their top 3 choices in subsequent slides with out them typing it in. Any ideas on how this can be done?

Thanking you in advance

Do you want to do that with the built in D&D functionality of CP? Or do you have the interactive D&D widget from InfoSemantics (only for SWF output)?

Good morning and thank you for your reply

I've set it up at the moment with the built in D&D functionality of CP but I have the InfoSmenatics widget, so I'm happy to use either - whatever is going to be the easiest. I've also set up the words as user variables with their value as the word e.g. name=var_Authenticity, value=Authenticity and we show them using $$var_Authenticity$$. If this is unhelpful I'll change them.  The final output at this point in time is SWF.

Kind regards.

I'm not sure how this forum is meant to work.  My query has been well and truly overtaken by others.  Does it just sink to the bottom and never resolved. Is that its fate? I would appreciate it that if the top contributors don't know or can't direct the enquirer somewhere else that they say so. This is not meant to be a criticism of the forum or its contributors, but just an observation and suggestion to manage client expectations. Perhaps my expectations of an Adobe forum are unrealistic.

Kind regards
