Drag and drop objects get locked

Hi,

 

 

We have created a drag and drop interaction in our project. After renaming the objects, the drag objects got "locked". They are not listed as objects in the drag and drop interaction anymore.

If we delete the Drag and Drop and add a new one, these objects are shown with a small lock and we can't select them. They are not locked in the timeline (the "lock position" option is not selected). 

 

Even when we duplicate the slide, the drag and drop objects remain locked.

Any help?

This is strange. I'm aware of the fact that when you label the d&d objects after creating the interaction, that interaction will be lost. It is oe of my tips in this article:

Drag&Drop tips - Captivate blog

However I never have seen the locking issue you are describing.

Which version are you using, please the full number which you can find under Help, About Captivate?

Are you on Mac or Windows?

We use the 2017 release version (10.0.0.192), with Windows.

Can you write out step-by-step your work flow. I will try to reproduce it to double-check. Did you use the wizard or work only with the D&D panel (like I do)? Are you sure the objects never overlap (bounding box is important)?

The screenshot you posted is very small, I don't know what you wanted to show?
